While the treatment is mostly tolerable, numbing cream is available for the more sensitive areas of the body. Your skin may look like it has a mild sunburn afterward. When you leave our office, you are free to resume all normal activities, but you need to refrain from strenuous activity or lengthy exposure to the sun for a period of 7 days to let the treated areas recover. You should avoid sun exposure 7 days prior to treatment as we cannot use a laser on sensitized or sunburned skin. At home after your session, we recommend soothing creams or cold packs to alleviate any discomfort. A series of treatments is recommended as the laser can only destroy hair in a particular stage of growth, so not all hair follicles will be able to be treated in one session.

Very nice med spa. The office and treatment rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. I've received several cosmetic procedures here and have been pleased with the results. Krista and Jennifer take their time and answer any questions I have about my goals and what is involved with each treatment. The monthly memberships make it very affordable, as well.
