With a prime location in Winston-Salem, NC, Revitalize Med Spa is excited to assist adults and teens of all ages with a wide assortment of aesthetic concerns. Our beautiful facility is home to an extraordinarily trained staff that tends to your care and satisfaction to ensure all of your needs are met. The second you walk through our doors, we will welcome you and get you signed in and ready for your consultation. During your brief wait, we invite you to relax in our quiet reception area. As soon as our team is ready to see you, we will guide you to one of our private treatment rooms where we can learn about your worries so we can build a treatment plan that focuses on them. For your convenience, we are also open on Saturdays so you can stop by on a weekend to treat yourself!

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! let me start with the people are just amazing. First of all Miss Stephanie at the front desk is so knowledgeable. She really knows her stuff and friendly is an understatement. She has the best customer service I have ever come across. Second of all, let's talk about Morgan. Wow I have been coming here a little over a month two massage two facials with just the two facials that I've had. My skin is 100% better than it was. I can feel the difference, not only see the difference. She Is there to answer any questions and help in anyway and the massage that she gives is amazing. You can't just get up off the table when she's done with you. You literally have to lay there a few minutes because your body is so relaxed and third of all Miss Jennifer she is just the sweetest little lady and she is so awesome at giving you your Botox my first trip there I was so nervous. My anxiety was through the roof. Stephanie Morgan and Jennifer was all there to calm me and soothe me so that getting my Botox was a breezeI would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a relaxation and smooth perfect skin if you want Botox this is a place to go. I would give 10 stars.

I visited this med spa and met with the PA for the first time today. They were very quick to get me in on the schedule, which is a huge positive for me. She was very thorough and helpful. I loved that she wasn’t judgmental and also didn’t lecture on weight loss issues that we all understand during this journey. The appointment was fairly quick and my prescription was ready at the pharmacy the same day. I will definitely be returning and am looking forward to continuing this journey with Revitalize.
