I was interested in trying microneedling for my under eye area. I'm late 30s African American and this was my first facial/aesthetic treatment ever. I did a lot of research and was still very nervous about my skin having a negative reaction to the treatments. I chose this location bc after reading their bios on their website both providers are fully certified and have lots of experience, so that put me at ease. I was able to get a appointment the same day, which was awesome!! When I arrived I was warmly greeted and was promptly taken to a room. Krista explained everything and answered ALL my questions. The procedure itself was quick (it was just the lower and side eye area) I chose not to use numbing cream even though she offered it, and it didn't hurt that bad. It felt like little scratches and it was only a minute or two. The price was reasonable and I signed up for membership so I can earn points etc. I could go on and on but I'll conclude with: I HIGHLY recommend this Medspa. 10/10. It will be months and take a few sessions before I see the final result but I'm totally please with this first step. I already have my second appt booked, and eagerly look forward to going back!
Very nice med spa. The office and treatment rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. I've received several cosmetic procedures here and have been pleased with the results. Krista and Jennifer take their time and answer any questions I have about my goals and what is involved with each treatment. The monthly memberships make it very affordable, as well.
